1. Consent to Representation

The content creator declares and warrants to have obtained explicit and informed consent from all persons depicted in the content uploaded to the platform.

The creator undertakes to retain documentation of consent and to provide it upon request from the platform or competent authorities.

2. Distribution, Streaming and Download

The content creator grants the platform the right to:

• distribute uploaded content through the platform;
• stream content to authorized platform visitors;
• allow content downloads, where provided by platform functionalities;
• use content for platform promotional purposes, in compliance with legal limitations.

The creator retains intellectual property ownership of the content, but grants the platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license for the use described above.

3. Sample Agreement with Content Creators

This agreement constitutes a sample agreement between the content creator and the platform. The creator undertakes to:

• upload only content for which they hold all necessary rights or have obtained appropriate authorizations;
• comply with all applicable laws, including those relating to the protection of minors, privacy, and copyright;
• not upload content that violates third-party rights;
• ensure that all persons depicted in the content are at least 18 years of age and have provided explicit consent.

4. Creator Responsibility

The content creator is solely responsible for:

• the accuracy of declarations regarding consent obtained;
• compliance of content with all applicable laws and regulations;
• any claims, disputes, or legal action arising from uploaded content;
• compensation for any damages suffered by the platform due to violations of this agreement.

5. Content Removal

The platform reserves the right to immediately remove any content that violates this agreement or is deemed inappropriate, unlawful, or contrary to platform policies, without prior notice and without liability to the creator.

6. Agreement Modifications

The platform reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new agreement.
