Billing and cancellation rules
The Website may offer recurring subscriptions. The applicable price, currency, billing interval and renewal mechanics are shown to the user before the purchase is completed. Unless cancelled in accordance with the instructions provided on the Website, each subscription renews automatically at the end of the applicable billing period.
A user may cancel the subscription at any time through the account area or by contacting billing support through the route indicated on this page. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges from being applied after the current paid period ends, unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in the offer terms.
The cancellation route must be real, functional and easy to locate. The Company will not require the user to take disproportionate steps to prevent future renewals.
The user can accept, reject or manage preferences regarding non-essential categories of cookies through the banner and the preference center. The user can also withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future by reopening the preference center through the persistent settings link available on the Website.
Refund requests and billing support
Refund requests may be submitted to support@notonlyqueens.com or through /billing-support. Each request will be reviewed in good faith on the basis of the applicable law, the service used, the user’s account history, fraud prevention checks and any other relevant circumstances.
Where a refund is granted, the amount, payment route and timing may depend on the payment provider and the original payment method. Processing times communicated by payment providers are outside the Company’s direct control.
Billing support is available through support@notonlyqueens.com, /help-center and any additional support channel specifically indicated on the Website. The Company aims to respond within 30 days.
Important transparency clause
Nothing in this Policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited under applicable consumer law. If mandatory law gives the user stronger cancellation or refund rights, those rights will prevail over any conflicting wording in this Policy.
