Introductory clauses
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Website and all related services made available through it, including subscription-based access to digital content, live streaming environments, creator features and support services.
The Website is operated by NOQ SRL, with registered office at Pierluigi da Palestrina 48, 00193 Roma, RM, Italia, company number 18169411008, VAT number 18169411008, and contact email support@notonlyqueens.com. References in these Terms to “the Company”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean that entity.
By visiting the Website, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, accessing any members-only area, uploading content, streaming content or otherwise using the services, the user agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If the user does not agree, the user must not access or use the services.
Eligibility and account rules
Access to the services is reserved to users who are legally permitted to access the type of content and services offered through the Website under the laws of their jurisdiction. The user is responsible for ensuring that access is lawful in the user’s location.
The user must provide accurate, current and complete information when creating an account and must keep that information updated. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activity taking place through the account, except where unauthorized activity is caused by the Company’s failure to implement appropriate security measures.
The Company may suspend, restrict or terminate an account where it reasonably believes that these Terms, applicable law, payment processor rules, card scheme rules or platform safety rules have been violated.
Subscriptions, billing and renewals
The Website may offer recurring subscriptions, one-time purchases or other paid features. The applicable price, currency, billing frequency, renewal mechanics and main service characteristics are displayed before the user completes the purchase.
Where a subscription is recurring, the subscription automatically renews for the same or equivalent billing period unless the user cancels before the next renewal date. The renewal price, unless otherwise stated, will be the price displayed at the time of renewal or the price otherwise validly communicated to the user under applicable law.
By completing a purchase, the user authorizes the Company and its payment providers to charge the selected payment method for the applicable fees, taxes and any other properly disclosed charges associated with the selected service.
User conduct and prohibited use
The user must not use the Website to upload, stream, store, request, promote or distribute unlawful, abusive, exploitative, infringing, deceptive, fraudulent, threatening, harassing, hateful, non-consensual or otherwise prohibited material.
The user must not circumvent technical restrictions, interfere with the operation or security of the Website, access areas not authorized for the user, reverse engineer the service except where such limitation is prohibited by law, or use the Website in a manner that could expose the Company, its processors or other users to legal, contractual or reputational risk.
Support, cancellation and governing clauses
Information regarding subscription cancellation, billing support and refund requests is provided in the Refund and Cancellation Policy and on the Support page, both of which form part of the Website’s user information framework and are incorporated by reference where legally permissible.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law. Any limitation of liability shall apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law and shall not affect mandatory consumer rights where they apply.
These Terms shall be governed by the law indicated by the Company in the final published version, without prejudice to any mandatory rules applicable in the user’s country of habitual residence where required by law.
