The Founding Creator License is a contractual status internal to the platform, granted by NOQ under the terms of the Program. It is not an administrative license, a professional qualification, an equity stake, or an ownership or participation right in NOQ or the company operating the platform.
Its permanent character relates to the recognition of the status originally acquired. Badge, visibility, benefits, and account remain subject to the applicable Terms and policies.
Founding Creators receive official Founding Creator status, a dedicated badge, presence on the official Founder Page, the ability to participate in the dynamic Founder leaderboards, 12 months of free Pro Plan, a 50% discount on the Pro Plan thereafter, and access to the additional benefits described in the Founding Creator Benefits Schedule.
The Program provides for up to 50 Founding Creator Licenses, unless otherwise officially communicated by NOQ.
The Founding Creator Program will remain available until the 50 Founding Creator Licenses are assigned, or until otherwise officially communicated by NOQ. Once the limit is reached, NOQ may close the Program or adopt different arrangements as officially communicated.
No. The application is considered received, not approved. A spot is only granted after selection and explicit communication from NOQ.
No. Each application is evaluated based on the Program's criteria, spot availability, verification outcomes, and profile compatibility.
The process may include email, age, and identity verification, KYC, duplicate account checks, and profile/content review.
If NOQ determines that your application is complete, authentic, and eligible, but you cannot be admitted to the Founding Creator Program solely because all 50 Founding Creator Licenses have already been assigned, you may receive a dedicated benefit consisting of: 3 months of free access to the Pro Plan; a 50% discount on the Pro Plan for the following 9 months.
No. Status and benefits are personal, non-assignable, and non-transferable.
No. Any free periods or promotional benefits are not convertible into cash and do not entitle the holder to a refund or monetary equivalent.
