Founding Creator Program | NotOnlyQueens®

Version 1.0 — Effective date 10-09-2026

This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Italian version is the authoritative text; in case of any discrepancy, the Italian version prevails.

1. Scope and acceptance

These Application Terms govern the submission and evaluation of the application to the Founding Creator Program. By submitting the form, the Applicant confirms having read and accepted these Terms, together with the Program Terms and Conditions and the Platform Terms. In case of conflict, the Program Terms and Conditions prevail.

2. Nature of the application

Submitting an application does not constitute a promise of admission, a reservation of one of the 50 spots, nor does it grant automatic rights to status, badge, or benefits. Admission becomes final solely upon NOQ’s explicit communication after completion of the required verifications.

3. Applicant declarations

The Applicant declares that the information and documents provided are complete, authentic, up to date, consistent, and verifiable; that they meet the applicable age requirement; that they may lawfully carry out the declared activity; that they are not submitting a duplicate, abusive, or fraudulent application; and that they hold the necessary rights over the content and profiles indicated.

4. Completeness, authenticity, and eligibility

An application is complete when all required fields and documents have been provided; authentic when it comes from the Applicant and contains genuine, verifiable information; eligible when the Applicant meets the requirements, passes verification, and the profile, activity, and content are compatible with the Program’s Terms, policies, and purposes. Incomplete, false, inconsistent, unverifiable, duplicate, abusive, or fraudulent applications are not eligible, nor are those that fail the required verifications.

5. Verification and cooperation

NOQ may request e-mail, age, and identity verification, KYC, a duplicate-account check, profile and content review, interviews, and reasonable additional information. Failure to complete these within the communicated deadline may result in the application being archived or rejected.

6. Selection and discretion

NOQ evaluates applications based on the Program’s criteria, spot availability, Platform needs, verification outcomes, and profile compatibility. NOQ may approve, reject, suspend evaluation, or request additional information, in compliance with the law and in good faith.

7. Pro Plan Access Benefit for Eligible Applicants Not Selected

If NOQ determines that an application is complete, authentic, and eligible, but the Applicant is not admitted solely due to the exhaustion or limited availability of the 50 Founding Creator Licenses, the Applicant will be granted:

Activation procedures, the start date, and any deadline by which to use the benefit will be communicated by NOQ.

The benefit does not constitute admission to the Founding Creator Program, does not grant Founding Creator status or badge, and does not provide access to the other benefits reserved for Founding Creators.

The benefit is personal, non-assignable, non-transferable, not convertible into cash, non-refundable, and not combinable with other promotions unless authorized in writing by NOQ. It can only be activated on a verified Creator account compliant with the Platform’s Terms and policies.

The benefit does not apply where non-admission is due, even partly, to incompleteness, falsity, inconsistency, or unverifiability of the application; duplication, abuse, or fraud; failure to meet the age requirement; failure to complete or pass the required verifications; incompatibility with the Terms or policies; or withdrawal or expiration of the application.

Eligibility for the benefit must be expressly communicated by NOQ.

8. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Founding Creator Program Privacy Notice. Acknowledging the notice does not constitute consent. Any optional consents are separate, specific, not pre-checked, and revocable.

9. Communications and withdrawal

Communications are sent to the contact details provided. The Applicant must keep them up to date and may withdraw their application by writing to app@notonlyqueens.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully carried out, nor applicable retention obligations.

10. Limitations

Except for non-waivable rights, NOQ does not reimburse costs incurred for the application and does not guarantee evaluation timelines, admission, visibility, or financial results. Benefits are governed by Schedule A.

The Founding Creator Program will remain open until the 50 Founding Creator Licenses are allocated, or until otherwise officially communicated by NOQ.
