Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs the refund procedures applicable to the services offered through the NotOnlyQueens® platform.

provided immediately after payment and that, pursuant to applicable law, the right of withdrawal may
be excluded once use of the content has begun.
However, NotOnlyQueens® may consider refund requests in the following cases:

● incorrect or duplicate charges;
● content removed for policy violations prior to its use.
Refund requests must be submitted through the dedicated support channel indicated on the site, within a
reasonable time from the purchase, providing all information necessary for verification.
NotOnlyQueens® reserves the right to evaluate each request on a case-by-case basis and to refuse refunds in the
event of abusive or fraudulent use.
