Help us keep the community safe. Here’s how to report users, content, or streams that violate our policies or the law.

Formal Complaints Policy

Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. Any reported complaint will be investigated, appropriate steps will be taken to resolve the issue, and a response will be provided to the requestor within 5 business days or sooner.

Reporting a user

If a creator or another user is harassing you, violating our terms, or engaging in illegal activity, you can report them from the platform:

From chat: Open the conversation and use the “Report” option (e.g. in the menu or three-dot icon). Choose a category and add a short description. You can attach evidence if needed.
From a profile: On a creator or user profile, look for a “Report” or similar control, then follow the steps to select a reason and submit.

Reporting content

To report a post, image, video, or other content that you believe is illegal, harmful, or against our rules:

Open the page or view where the content appears.
Use the “Report” option on or near that content (e.g. three-dot menu, report button).
Select the reason that best fits (e.g. illegal content, non-consensual, minors, harassment, other).
Add a brief description and submit. Attach screenshots or links if you can.

We take reports of illegal content (including content involving minors or non-consensual material) extremely seriously and will remove such content and escalate to authorities where required.

Reporting a stream

If a live stream violates our policies or the law:

While watching the stream, look for a “Report” or “Report stream” option (often in the player or stream page menu).
Select the appropriate category and provide a short description.
Submit the report. Our team can review and take action on live or past streams.

For urgent or serious violations, you can also contact us via the Help Center (see below) so we can prioritize the report.

Other ways to report

If you can’t find an in-app report option, or you need to send a detailed report or request (e.g. removal of content you appear in):

Use our Help Center contact form. Include the URL of the content or profile, the reason for the report, and any relevant details or attachments.
You can also write to info@notonlyqueens.com.
For content that depicts you without your consent, we have a dedicated process for depicted-person removal requests; you can start this via the Help Center or the contact channels listed in our Safety and Privacy pages.
