How to submit a complaint
Any person who believes that content available through the Website is unlawful, non-consensual, abusive, exploitative, defamatory, privacy-infringing, copyright-infringing or otherwise contrary to applicable law or platform policy may submit a complaint to support@notonlyqueens.com or through /how-to-report.
The complaint should, where possible, identify the content in question, provide the URL or other identifying reference, explain the basis of the complaint, include supporting evidence where available and provide contact information sufficient to allow follow-up.
Consent withdrawal and depicted-person claims
Where a person depicted in content states that consent was never given, was invalid, was obtained improperly or has been withdrawn to the extent legally relevant, the Company will review the claim promptly and may temporarily disable access to the content while the matter is being assessed.
If the Company cannot confirm a valid basis for publication or distribution after a reasonable review, or if applicable law otherwise requires removal, the content may be removed or permanently disabled without delay and related account action may be taken.
Review standard and enforcement
The Company will review complaints in good faith and will take such interim or final measures as it considers appropriate, including requesting further evidence, restricting access, removing content, suspending an account, preserving records and, where necessary, escalating the matter to competent authorities or legal advisers.
Any reported complaint will be reviewed, resolved, and a response provided back to the requestor within 5 business days or sooner.
Submitting knowingly false, abusive or bad-faith complaints is prohibited; however, the Company will not reject a complaint merely because supporting material is initially incomplete where the allegation, if true, would raise a serious safety or legality concern.
