Age of Performers

All performers, models, and other persons depicted in any visual content that falls within the scope of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and that is published or made available through this platform were at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of the creation of such content. The platform and its content providers do not permit, and will not permit, any content that depicts individuals under the age of 18.

Custodian of Records

The records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for materials published or made available through this platform are maintained by the following Custodian of Records. Inquiries regarding such records may be directed to:

Third-Party Content

Where content is produced by third-party content providers (creators) and made available through the platform, the platform acts as a hosting service. In such cases, the content provider is the “producer” as defined under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and is responsible for maintaining the required records. The platform requires content providers to comply with applicable age-verification and record-keeping obligations and to warrant that all persons depicted in their content were at least 18 years of age at the time of creation. The Custodian of Records identified above may maintain or have access to records for content published through the platform as required by applicable law.

Compliance

To the extent that any content on this platform is subject to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and related regulations, we comply with all applicable record-keeping, labeling, and disclosure requirements. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward content involving minors and will remove any such content and report it to the appropriate authorities.
