Founding Creator Program | NotOnlyQueens®

WHERE CREATORS BUILD FREEDOM.

The Founding Creator Program is dedicated to a maximum of 50 Creators selected to accompany the launch of NotOnlyQueens® and help build its ecosystem from the very beginning.

Admitted Creators receive a distinctive status associated with their verified account, privileged onboarding, and access to the benefits provided under the Program.

Submitting an application does not guarantee admission and does not automatically reserve a Founding Creator License.

1. Who can apply

The Program is open to Creators who:

• meet the Platform’s age requirement;
• have an authentic, verifiable activity;
• comply with NOQ’s Terms and policies;
• are available to complete verification and onboarding;
• wish to grow their presence and contribute to the NotOnlyQueens® community.

2. What the Founding Creator License means

The Founding Creator License is a contractual status internal to the platform, granted by NOQ to the selected Creator.

It is not an administrative license, a professional qualification, an employment relationship, or an equity stake, and it does not grant ownership or control rights over NOQ.

Its permanent character relates to the historical recognition of the Founding Creator quality originally acquired. Badge, benefits, visibility, and account operation remain subject to the applicable Terms and policies.

3. Benefits reserved for Founding Creators

Selected Creators can access:

• Founding Creator Recognition, as part of the first selected community;
• Official Founding Creator Badge, associated with the verified account;
• Privileged Onboarding, through a dedicated path;
• Dedicated Visibility, in areas and initiatives planned by NOQ;
• Early Platform Experience, with the opportunity to contribute through feedback and dedicated initiatives;
• 12 months of free access to the Pro Plan;
• 50% discount on the Pro Plan after the free period, per the conditions set out in Schedule A.

The 12 free months run from the activation date communicated by NOQ. After the free period ends, the Founding Creator can continue accessing the Pro Plan at a 50% discount, provided they maintain an active, verified Creator account compliant with the applicable Terms and policies.

The discount is personal, non-assignable, non-transferable, not convertible into cash, and not combinable with other promotions, unless otherwise communicated in writing by NOQ.

The benefits do not guarantee traffic, revenue, bookings, subscriptions, or other financial results.

4. One Creator. Multiple Opportunities.

Through the NOQ® Multi-Presence System™, a verified Creator can expand their visibility across multiple compatible categories, while maintaining:

• a single verified identity;
• a single KYC process;
• a single wallet;
• a single Creator account;
• a single Founding Creator status.

Presence in multiple categories does not create separate identities, badges, or statuses.

5. How it works

1. Application
The Creator completes the form, providing complete, authentic, and verifiable information.

2. Assessment
NOQ reviews the profile, activity, content, and compatibility with the Program. NOQ may request clarifications, additional information, or a preliminary interview.

3. Verification
If the application proceeds, e-mail, age, and identity verification, KYC, a duplicate-account check, and profile review may be required.

4. Approval and onboarding
Admission becomes effective only after NOQ’s explicit communication. The approved Creator completes onboarding and receives the status on their verified account.

6. Application assessment

An application must be:

• complete, with all required information;
• authentic, traceable to the applicant;
• eligible, compatible with NOQ’s requirements, Terms, and policies.

Incomplete, false, inconsistent, unverifiable, duplicate, abusive, or fraudulent applications are not eligible, nor are those that fail the required verifications.

Submitting the form does not reserve one of the 50 spots. The Founding Creator License is granted only after NOQ’s explicit approval.

7. Benefit for eligible applicants not selected

If NOQ determines that an application is complete, authentic, and eligible, but the applicant is not admitted solely due to the exhaustion or limited availability of the 50 Founding Creator Licenses, the applicant will be granted:

• 3 months of free access to the Pro Plan;
• a 50% discount on the Pro Plan for the following 9 months.

The benefit covers a maximum total period of 12 months from the activation date communicated by NOQ.

The benefit:

• does not constitute admission to the Founding Creator Program;
• does not grant Founding Creator status or badge;
• does not provide access to the other benefits reserved for Founding Creators;
• is personal, non-assignable, and non-transferable;
• is not refundable or convertible into cash;
• can only be activated on a verified, compliant Creator account;
• is subject to the conditions, procedures, and deadlines indicated by NOQ.

The benefit does not apply to incomplete, false, inconsistent, unverifiable, duplicate, abusive, or fraudulent applications, nor to applicants who do not meet the requirements or fail to complete the required verifications.

Eligibility for the benefit must be expressly communicated by NOQ.

8. Badge and responsibilities

The Founding Creator badge may only be used through official assets and in accordance with the Badge & Brand Usage Guidelines.

The Creator must comply with the Terms and policies, keep verifications up to date, protect their account, and publish only lawful, authorized content.

Status, badge, and benefits cannot be sold, assigned, or transferred.
