Creator warranties
By applying for a creator account, uploading content, scheduling or conducting a live stream, requesting monetization or otherwise using creator features, the creator represents, warrants and undertakes that: (i) all information supplied to the Company is accurate and complete; (ii) all persons depicted in the creator’s content are legally adults under applicable law; (iii) the creator has verified and will continue to be able to verify the identity and age of every depicted person; and (iv) the creator has obtained valid, informed and sufficiently documented consent from every depicted person for the creation, upload, distribution, streaming and monetization of the relevant content, to the extent required by law and platform rules.
The creator further warrants that the content does not infringe privacy rights, image rights, copyright, trademark or any other third-party rights and that the content does not involve coercion, fraud, exploitation, trafficking, violence, abuse or any other unlawful or prohibited conduct.
Document retention and cooperation
The creator must retain, for the period required by law or by the Company’s compliance rules, reliable records sufficient to demonstrate identity, age and consent for all depicted persons and must provide such records to the Company promptly upon request where reasonably necessary for moderation, legal compliance, complaint handling, processor review or dispute resolution.
Failure to provide requested records, submission of incomplete or misleading records, or any attempt to evade identity, age or consent verification may result in immediate suspension, withholding of payouts to the extent lawfully permitted, content removal and account termination.
Platform control and payouts
The Company may review creator accounts, content, payout eligibility, documentation and compliance history at any time and may suspend or delay publication, monetization or payouts where additional verification is required or where legal, safety, processor or fraud risks are identified.
Any payout functionality made available to creators is subject to separate operational rules, verification requirements, fraud-prevention checks, minimum thresholds, provider availability and any additional terms communicated through the creator dashboard or onboarding materials.
