Badge & Brand Usage Guidelines

Founding Creator Program | NotOnlyQueens®

Version 1.0 — Effective date 10-09-2026

This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Italian version is the authoritative text; in case of any discrepancy, the Italian version prevails.

1. Purpose

These guidelines govern the use of the Founding Creator badge and the NotOnlyQueens® / NOQ trademarks by admitted Creators. They do not transfer any intellectual property rights and supplement the Program Terms.

2. Limited license to use

For as long as use is authorized, NOQ grants the Founding Creator a personal, limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to display the official badge on permitted channels, solely to correctly indicate participation in the Program.

3. Permitted uses

• NOQ profile and areas enabled by the Platform.
• The Creator’s social profiles, personal website, and media kit, using only official assets provided by NOQ.
• Truthful descriptive statements, e.g.: “Founding Creator on NotOnlyQueens®”.
• Use with the clear space, proportions, colors, and minimum sizes indicated in the official graphic kit [●].

4. Prohibited uses

• Modifying the badge’s colors, proportions, typography, elements, or orientation.
• Creating derivative or animated versions, or versions confusable with the Creator’s own or third-party marks, without authorization.
• Using the badge or marks to suggest ownership, equity participation, an employment relationship, general endorsement, professional certification, or a guarantee from NOQ.
• Using the badge in illegal, misleading, discriminatory, fraudulent content, or content incompatible with the Terms and policies.
• Selling, assigning, tokenizing, or registering the badge or confusable signs as a trademark, domain, username, or product element.
• Continuing use after suspension, revocation, account closure, or a written request from NOQ.

5. Co-branding and promotional materials

The badge must remain distinct from the Creator’s own marks and cannot be presented as a joint logo. Campaigns, merchandising, print, paid media, press releases, or further commercial uses require NOQ’s prior written authorization.

6. Multi-Presence System™

The badge identifies the single verified Creator. Presence in multiple categories via the Multi-Presence System™ does not create multiple badges, statuses, or authorizations, and must not be communicated as the existence of separate identities.

7. Monitoring, correction, and revocation

NOQ may request evidence of use, correction, or immediate removal. In case of violation, reputational risk, suspension, or termination of the relationship, NOQ may limit or revoke authorization and disable badge visibility, without prejudice to further remedies.

8. Official assets and approvals

Official assets: the badge is added to the press page, along with the registered logos.

Kit version: 1.0. The Creator must use the most recent version made available by NOQ.

9. Pre-publication checklist

• I am using the official, unmodified file.
• My message describes only my participation in the Program.
• The badge does not suggest a corporate relationship or a different endorsement.
• The content and channel comply with the Terms, policies, and applicable law.
• For special uses, I have obtained written approval.
