Safety & Protection Framework
This page summarizes how NotOnlyQueens protects users, creators, and depicted persons.
Core moderation statement
The Website maintains a content moderation framework designed to prevent, detect, review and remove content that is unlawful, non-consensual, exploitative, abusive, deceptive, infringing or otherwise prohibited under applicable law, these policies, payment processor rules, card scheme rules or platform safety requirements.
All content submitted to the platform, whether uploaded for later publication or transmitted through live streaming functionality, is subject to platform rules and may be reviewed by automated systems, manual reviewers or both, as appropriate to the service and risk level.
Prohibited content
Prohibited content includes, without limitation: content involving minors or anyone who is not lawfully an adult; non-consensual content; content obtained through coercion, exploitation, fraud or abuse; unlawful sexual content; trafficking-related content; violent exploitation; content infringing privacy, image rights, copyright or other third-party rights; misleading commercial conduct; and any other content whose publication or monetization would be unlawful or would breach payment processor or card scheme rules.
Attempts to evade moderation, disguise prohibited content, falsify performer identity, submit inaccurate documentation or re-upload removed content are also prohibited and may result in immediate account restriction or termination.
Live streaming and enforcement
Live streams may be monitored in real time, sampled in real time or otherwise supervised through moderation tools proportionate to the platform’s risk profile. The Company may interrupt, suspend, terminate, record for evidentiary purposes where lawful, or otherwise restrict a live session where a potential policy violation, safety issue or legal risk is identified.
Where content is found or reasonably suspected to violate these rules, the Company may reject publication, disable access, remove content, suspend monetization, restrict account functionality, request additional documentation, preserve evidence where appropriate and report the matter to competent authorities or affected parties where legally required or justified.
