technological infrastructure, and communication assets are protected under national and
international intellectual property laws.

Brand and Trademark Protection

The NotOnlyQueens® logo, all visual elements, brand guidelines, marketing materials, communication style,
tone of voice, and the entire creative identity associated with NotOnlyQueens™ constitute
proprietary assets of NOQ S.R.L. This includes the brand’s narrative, positioning, messaging
framework, and any distinctive marketing expression used across digital and physical channels.

Social Media Assets

All official social media channels — Facebook @notonlyqueen, Instagram @notonlyqueen,
TikTok @notonlyqueen, Telegram @notonlyqueen — and all related content, visuals, posts,
videos, community interactions, and communication formats are protected as digital assets of NOQ
S.R.L. Unauthorized reproduction, impersonation, scraping, extraction, or reuse of these channels or
their content is strictly prohibited.

Technological Infrastructure

All software components, source code, platform architecture, workflows, business logic, data
structures, cloud infrastructure, and proprietary operational models are the exclusive property of
NOQ S.R.L. NotOnlyQueens® is a unique, original project, with a protected conceptual model
and technological structure that cannot be replicated, reproduced, or imitated without violating
intellectual property and trade secret regulations.

Content and Data Protection

All user data, digital content, and platform materials are processed in compliance with GDPR and
applicable privacy, security, and data-protection regulations. Unauthorized access, extraction, or
reuse of platform data is strictly prohibited.

Legal Enforcement
